Maintenance

Global Scaffold Construction and Services offers a full range of onsite or callout maintenance scaffolding services.  We can provide these services in a multitude of means and offer hands-on training from both our construction management and senior management teams.

GSCS is willing to engage in various unit rate maintenance contracts. We welcome standard time and material arrangements as well, and use our key KPI metrics to monitor our site productivity to ensure that our customers get the most for their money.

GSCS is also currently creating a new software tracking system that will expand upon the capabilities of other systems on the market. This gives our customers verifiable, auditable, accurate, and meaningful metrics and data points to monitor.

At this time, GSCS is not currently providing other soft craft services. However, due to the experience and strength of both our field and senior management teams, we are more than willing to manage your soft craft services and sub-contract those services underneath one overhead umbrella.

Turnaround

Global Scaffold Construction and Services has created a team that can thrive in an efficient turnaround environment. In order to ensure that your portion of turnaround will be a success, we work with some of the most experienced and respected T/A Managers and Construction Managers in the industry. We also offer very aggressive schedules and pricing to match.

We welcome any opportunity to provide our services to your facility in a lump sum manner as part of our commitment to “doing what we say we can do”. We're capable of working with in-time, material and/or unit rate scenarios, and use our current systems to track productivity and any schedule variations.

Our use of the Excel Scaffold System and experienced leadership enables us the flexibility to complete your work in less time, utilize less personnel, and create less exposure hours which collectively provides a winning scenario for our customers.

FCC Outages

The Global Scaffold Construction and Services team is second to none when it comes to FCC outages. Our Construction Managers are renowned for their knowledge and performance track record in this environment. This, coupled with the productivity advantage of using the EXCEL Modular Scaffold System, allows you to gain shifts on the critical path portion of your turnaround due to the fact that we can install and dismantle your access needs quicker than our competition.

Additionally, the benefit of Excels' precision racking systems and collapsible racks allows us to maintain a minimal footprint for scaffold storage and thus frees up more precious space for other necessary equipment needed for your outage.  The node spacing of Excels' verticals and decreased need for extra pieces or tube and clamp alterations to make some modifications also reduces the amount of total scaffold stock needed on site.  We invite you to get our planning and scheduling team involved in your next outage early so that you can get the maximum benefit out of our FCC efficiencies!

Capital Projects

By working exclusively with EXCEL Modular Scaffolding, we have access to a tremendous inventory and a constant source of new material. Working with EXCEL gives us resources to handle projects of any size.  In addition, we have access to a wealth of highly trained and experienced craft personnel and supervision to make your project a success.

Our project management resources and programs can help ensure that you are getting timely and accurate costs that truly reflect the direction of the scaffold cost for your project.  This information can be provided on a daily basis, with summaries being available on a weekly and monthly basis.

Our management team will work with the site project team to institute and maintain programs and best practices to mitigate cost overruns and extras. Furthermore, we provide your management team with the data it needs to make real time decisions. The built in advantages of using the EXCEL Modular Scaffold System will help to decrease the total scaffolding man-hours required which reduces the overall cost of your project.

We have formed a strategic alliance with EXCEL Modular Scaffold to create a seemless workflow that gives us a tremendous amount of flexibility when it comes to meeting your scaffold rental needs.  We can offer various pricing scenarios and yard lay outs to maximize your scaffold yard while minimizing your costs.

Using the EXCEL Modular System meets both OSHA and CAL OSHA handrail standards while requiring no additional pieces or modifications. The EXCEL Modular System can also be used as a certified anchorage point, allowing your personnel to have more options to comply with 100% of tie off requirements. We offer on-site, hands-on training for Excel's system and can provide training tools and resources to your site at no additional cost. Our technical manual is available online so the most current and up to date version is always available for your personnel.
